Iannotti Lab, inaugurated in 2018, represents the Adam's rib of Chef Giuseppe Iannotti.
It is an experimental laboratory where technology and design can coexist, bringing together all the technical tools collected during the years and representing the driving force that moves his cuisine at Krèsios forward and makes it grow. This is a place for research and development, in which Chef Iannotti can experiment and at the same time share this experience with anyone who wishes to do so. Iannotti Lab has thus becomea place for coming together, an innovative place dedicated to discovery, exchange and dialogue where you can learn the knowledge acquired by Chef Iannotti throughout his career. menu
